Making a Return? No problem! We are happy to refund or exchange free of charges any purchases within 14 working days from delivery*.

All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all animaná tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please contact us and let us know your order number. We will give you a return label for your free return delivery* or we will assist you to reach an appropriate courier in your country. As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. If any, the original shipping charges will not be refunded (listed separately on your invoice).

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. We will notify you by email once the return has been received and processed.

Please keep in mind that many of these items are handmade and so slight variations in patterns and colors will exist – this is part of the beauty of handcrafted items.
